GEDECKTER APFELKUCHEN
Zutaten
300 g Mehl
2 TL, gestr. Backpulver
150 g Butter
200 g Zucker
1 Tüte/n Vanillinzucker
1 Ei(er)
1 Prise(n) Salz
50 g Rosinen
2 kg Äpfel
1 TL Zimt
125 g Puderzucker
2 EL Zitronensaft
Zubereitung
Das Mehl mit dem Backpulver mischen und mit Butter, 100 g Zucker, Vanillinzucker, Ei und Salz zu einem glatten Teig kneten. Den Teig zugedeckt für 30 Minuten kalt stellen.
Die Rosinen waschen und abtropfen lassen. Die Äpfel schälen, entkernen, vierteln und in kleine Stücke schneiden. Die Äpfel mit 3 EL Wasser, 100 g Zucker, Rosinen und Zimt ca. 10 Minuten dünsten, anschließend abkühlen lassen.
Eine Springform fetten. Die Hälfte des Teiges ausrollen und in die Springform geben. Den Boden am Rand gut hochdrücken, mit einer Gabel mehrmals einstechen und 15 – 20 Minuten bei 200 °C Ober-/Unterhitze im vorgeheizten Backofen vorbacken.
Das Apfelkompott auf dem Boden verteilen. Den restlichen Teig ausrollen und darauf legen. Bei gleicher Hitze nochmals ca. 15 Minuten backen. Danach den Kuchen herausnehmen und in der Form auskühlen lassen.
Puderzucker mit Zitronensaft mischen und den Kuchen mit dem Guss überziehen.

I do not know if it’s just me or if everyone else encountering issues with your blog.
It appears as though some of the text in your
content are running off the screen. Can somebody else please comment and let me know if this
is happening to them as well? This might be a problem with my web browser because I’ve had this happen before.
